Cremation Package Price List These prices are effective as of November 1, 2007. The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected. Value $ 6,642.11 Discount $ 642.11 Total Cost $ 6,000.00 The cremation packages offered do not include certain items that you may ask us to purchase for you such as: Final disposition of remains, death notices, clergy or musician fees, flower arrangements, memorial cards or folders, certified copies of the death certificate, hairdresser fees or burial clothing. The prices of these items will be shown on the statement of funeral goods and services selected. We charge you for our services in obtaining these items. Cremation package discounts do not apply when personalized services with cremation as final disposition are arranged. Additional hours of visitation are available at $100.00/Hour.
